Question: The file imports but seems to stop being read somewhere in the import

Answer: Check the file for any escape characters. One such example is a backslash ( \ )  - This can cause the system to stop reading the file when a backslash is found. These will need to be removed manually from the file before importing

Question: Headers look incorrect, or unclear on mapping

Answer: Check the file structure and ensure that you use the Skip File start rows, or Skip Data rows selection boxes to force the system to skip a number of rows before importing data

Question: Import was successful but deposits and withdrawals are being read the wrong way around

Answer: Tick the Reverse amount sign checkbox, this will flip the logic on the positive and negative figures eg :

Reverse amount unticked - positive figures deposit, negative figures withdrawal

Reverse amount ticked - positive figures withdrawal, negative figures deposit

Credit card statements tend to use positive figures for withdrawal but each bank will differ
