Why do my financial statements show last year, after I completed the Year-End Rollover?

In order for the financial statements to display the current financial year, you will need to update the Financial Year Group within your environment.

This drives the default year displayed within the General Ledger and can even set default financial periods as well.

You will need to navigate to the Financial Year Group page and click into the year group you wish to update.

Click on the ‘edit’ button in the top left corner, then amend the ‘Current financial year’ dropdown from the year you have closed, to the current financial year.

Once you have edited, click ‘save’ and make sure to reload, you'll now see the financial statements have been updated to reflect the current year.
