In some cases, access to documents, dropdown options, or entire sections of iplicit may be restricted. This could be due to business requirements, such as GDPR compliance, or one of the following reasons:
Data Entry Controls: If you've added a new resource, project, or department but haven't included it in your data entry control settings, you may not be able to access certain items.
New Features in iplicit: If you're trying to access a new feature, you may need an updated user role added to your account to grant the necessary permissions.
Limited Access for Business Reasons: For business purposes, you may have limited access to certain functions. In this case, please reach out to your Iplicit administrator or line manager for assistance.
Missing User Role: It's possible that the user role required to perform certain actions hasn't been added to your account or user group.
Locked Document Types: If you're unable to find the document type you need, it may be locked because it hasn’t been used before. If you have access to document types, try clicking the green dot next to the filter on the screen to check if there’s an existing version of the required function.
For users with full access to iplicit, please refer the following user guides that will help you set up access controls.

Should you not have full access, you will need to ask your line manager to see if this is something they can action for you.
